This is a version of North Indian style kofta curry in which kofta is made from aloo and paneer served with red gravy.
Steps

Boil, peel and mash potatoes. Add grated paneer along with chopped coriander leaves, salt, red chili powder and lemon juice. Combine well. Add rice flour and mix well. Prepare lemon size balls from it, coat with rice flour and deep fry in hot oil.

For gravy :- in a pan heat oil. Add cumin seeds. Add cloves, cinnamon piece, cardamom and dry red chillies. Add garlic cloves, cashew nuts, magastali seeds and saute for sometimes. Add roughly chopped onion and tomatoes. Saute until tomatoes softens. Cool down at room temperature and then blend in mixer and make puree.

In a pan heat ghee and oil. Add prepared puree and saute until oil seperates. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, kitchen king masala, garam masala powder and dhania Jeera powder. Mix well. Add some water and mix it. Add sugar and kasoori methi.

Cover with lid and cook for 5-7 minutes. Switch off the flame. Add kofta into. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and fresh cream. Serve hot with paratha.
