Childhood was the greatest days of our life. The older you get, you have more memories to cherish that precious moment that holds a special place in your heart. Every 90s kids will remember the birthday parties in their childhood days. That was the happiest moment when we dress up in our favorite dress and go to someone's birthday party. We will never forget those days where samosa and cake were served in a plate with our favorite chips, chocolate, and our all-time favorite rasna drink. This was the most common party snack in everyone's house and that was our great treat. I have tried samosa and cake that took me in my childhood memories and cherish each moment of those happy days.

Boil potatoes and mash them in a large mixing bowl add all masala, ajwain and mix it properly. Add fresh coriander and give a quick mix.

Knead a soft dough by mixing maida, salt, oil, and water as needed to knead the dough.

Make a small ball from the dough and roll it in a circle and cut it from the middle and make a cone same from. one part and fill. the potato mixture and seal it with applying water on the edges and seal it nicely. Prepare all samosa and then fry them in hot oil on a slow flame till it turns golden brown and removes it on kitchen paper and enjoy with tomato sauce.

For the cake, sieve wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa powder and mix it properly. In a large mixing bowl add milk, oil and whisk it slowly then add jaggery powder and mix it again, slowly add a dry mixture of flour and mix it well and make a smooth batter, add curd and vanilla essence, and quickly mix it.

Preheat the oven, transfer the batter to a grease cake tin and tap two to three-time to release the air. Bake the cake for 180deg for 35 minutes. Check the cake with a toothpick, inserted toothpick comes clear then your cake is ready. Allow to cool down then remove from the tin and enjoy with tea.

Serve it with some chips, samosa, and a piece of cake and enjoy your childhood memories of a birthday party.
