  • 2shallots
  • 1 tspfish salt
  • 2garlic,grated
  • Halftsp sesame oil

    Blanch spinach then cut into small pieces.Then squezzed it.Place in a plate

  2. 2

    Slice shallots then mix with grated garlic.Add in spinach,sesame oil and pour fish sauce.Mix until properly combined.Served
