Lehsuni Bhindi Do Pyaza is a very simple and easy recipe. It not only looks good but also tastes good. Simple ingredients are used and that too very few. So it's very easy to make it. Firstly, wash and pat dry the bhindi. Chop away the edges from both sides. Chop the bhindi into the required size and set it aside. Heat oil in a kadhai. Add cumin seeds and allow it to sizzle for few seconds. Add the thinly sliced garlic cloves and saute lightly. Add ginger juliennes and saute for a minute or two.

Add the sliced onions and saute till the onions are translucent. Add chili flakes and saute for few seconds. Add the chopped tomatoes and saute till the tomatoes are soft.

Add the chopped green chilies and saute. Now add turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt and saute.

In another pan, add 1 tablespoon oil and saute the onion bulbs lightly for a minute. Add the chopped bhindi and saute it lightly for few minutes.

Add the fried onion bulbs and bhindi to the cooked masala and mix well and allow it to cook on low flame for about 8 to 10 minutes without the lid till the bhindi are soft.

When done, add the chopped tomato slices and cook for about 2 to 3 minutes till the tomato slices are slightly soft.

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and mix well.

Lehsuni Bhindi Do Pyaza is ready to serve. Enjoy it hot with parathas, rotis, rice, and dal or curd curry.
