1 cupmilk low/ non fat
1 cupsugar
For ice cream
1 cupwhipping cream
200 gchocolate
1/2 cupcondensed milk

Measure your 1cup milk and place it into a cooking pan and start heating as you stir.

Stir until the mixture starts to simmer and leave to simmer for 30 mins under low heat

Skim or remove the top layer as it simmers using a spoon

Remove from heat and let it cool

To make ice cream
Whip the heavy/ whipping cream till firm and set aside

Grate or shred the chocolate into fine pieces.set aside too

Take the 1/2 cup condensed milk and pour into the heavy cream

Add the chocolate and mix well

Refrigerate for 4 - 6 hours
