  3. 1 pinchsalt
  4. Oil for frying

    Peel the cassava, wash it, and grate it finely.

    Using a piece of cloth or a clean towel, press the grated cassava to remove its water.

    Once done, add a pinch of salt, mix, and form small balls.

    Fry them. Once cooked, place them on paper towels to absorb excess oil.

    Wash the coconut. Poke the three small holes and drain the water (which you can use for cooking or drinking). Then, firmly hit the coconut all around its equator. Continue hitting until the coconut splits, then separate the two halves.
