Wash bhindi, cut into pieces Take a wok and add vegetable oil and fry for 2-3 minutes.

In the same wok, fry the onion cubes for 2-3 minutes and set them aside.

Take oil to add ajwain hing green chili and ginger to oil. Saute the ingredients for 1 minute. Once done, add chopped onion and grated tomato to the tempering. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Now, add coriander powder, turmeric, and Kashmiri red chili powder to it. Mix all the ingredients well for 1 minute. Add fried bhindi to it and mix well. Cook for 2 minutes.

Add salt and then add yogurt along with onion cubes, that were fried earlier. Mix all the ingredients and cook for 30 seconds.

Add Garam Masala And Serve with roti or parantha.
