This was a meal kit that we bought about 2 years ago but have not stopped making since. So easy and delicious!

This was a meal kit that we bought about 2 years ago but have not stopped making since. So easy and delicious!
Steps

Quarter 200g of tomatoes and chop 15g of coriander. Add to a serving dish with 1 Tablespoon of olive oil and 1 Tablespoon of red wine vinegar. Season with salt and pepper

Heat 1 can of corn on medium heat with 1 chopped chilli and a teaspoon of garlic. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes

Add corn to tomato mixture and set aside

Cook Bulgar wheat with 2 parts water for 10 minutes and serve with a few chickpeas for texture and 15g chopped coriander for flavour. Add a teaspoon of the chilli paste

Season and cook any steak (I used venison fillet but ribeye also works well)

Add a dash of red wine to the venison or steak pan to collect the flavours and pour the jus over the steak and bulgar wheat
