Steps
- 1
Chop onions and meat into bites. Mix the pork and beef with 3 tsp of cumin, 4 bay leaves, 1 tsp of pepper and 3 tsp of salt.
- 2
Pan fry onions in a pot until they get golden colour. Stir frequently. Add meat and continue cooking and stirring a few more minutes, until the meat releases it's sauce.
- 3
Add sweet and spicy paprika, stir and add boiling water. Let the meat boil until it softens, at least an hour.
- 4
Add cabbage and cook 10 more minutes.
- 5
To finish the dish, pour in the cream. If you prefer more thick sauce, mix thoroughly a spoon of flour with cold water and pour the mixture in. Leave boiling a few more minutes. Finish seasoning if needed.
