Spicy and Seedy Apple Chutney

This is my mother's recipe.All of us loved it.This apple Chutney is very tasty because it has seeds in it and spicy taste. It goes well with puri ,paratha and kachori . Quick and easy recipe ,you can store it for months together.

Steps

Mix grated apple,sugar,salt and lemon juice together Leave it for 1 hour.

Cook it on a low flame.Add red chilli powder,chaat masala,saunf, cardamom powder and kalonji. Keep on stirring.

After 10 min.check the apple Chutney.Take a plate put some chutney on it,there should be no syrup on the edges of the chutney.Mix sunflower seeds in it.

It will become golden in colour.

Now you can enjoy the taste of apple chutney.

Your spicy, seedy apple chutney is ready to serve.
