  1. 3 cupsjasmine rice
  2. 2 tbspMayonnaise
  3. 2 cupsShredded carrots
  4. 5 tbspKens Asian Sesame Dressing w/ ginger & soy
  5. 1/4 ounceCilantro
  6. 20 ozGround pork
  7. 1 tspSriracha
  8. 5 tbspSweet Soy Glaze (Hoisin Sauce)
  9. 1 cupCrispy Fried Onions
  10. 1Lime
  11. Salt
  12. Oil
  13. Pepper
  14. 1 tbspButter
  15. 1/2 tspSugar
  16. bust out

  18. bowlSmall
  19. Zester
  20. Large pan

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook rice-
    Start 3 cup of jasmine rice in your rice cooker.

  2. 2

    Mix Mayo-
    Zest and quarter lime.
    Roughly chop cilantro.
    In small bowl combine mayo and sriracha.

  3. 3

    Cook pork-
    Heat drizzle of oil in a large pan over medium heat.
    Add pork and a big pinch of salt, cook until brown and break meat up.
    Stir in shredded carrots, 5 tbsp sesame dressing, 5 tbsp sweet soy glaze, and 1 tsp sugar.
    Cook until carrots are softened, pork is cooked through, and sauce is thickened.
    Season with salt and pepper.

    Serve-
    Fluff rice with a fork and stir in lime zest and 2 tbsp butter, season with salt and pepper.
    Divide rice between bowls, top with pork mixture, cilantro, spicy mayo, and a squeeze of lime.
