Cooking Instructions

Rub the okra with salt to remove the fuzz. Rinse and dry.

Remove the stems and tops from the okra.
- 3
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan, and sauté the okra. When the okra are coated in oil, add the ★ ingredients in their listed order.

Add the hot water at the end. Cook them until the liquid evaporates. It's finished.
