Cover frozen beans in water and boil for one minute. Drain.

Melt butter slowly and add garlic. Sweat on low heat until garlic is fragrant. Add beans. Add salt and pepper.

When beans are tender add cheese and toss quickly.

Variations; Bacon, shallots, onion, horseradish, parsley, mustard, gruyere, cheddar, cream of celery/chicken/mushroom, diced mushrooms, habanero, jalapeno, mustard, vinegar, cayenne, paprika
