Steps

Boil the potatoes for 5 minutes. Then heat oil in a pan & fry the potatoes. Keep aside. Then add whole garam masala & cumin seeds. paste the ginger & green chilies in a mixer grinder.

Then add ginger paste, curd & all masala. Add some water & salt. Fry it very well. Add tomato & potato pieces. Add some water, again fry it properly.

Then add 1/2 cup warm water, sugar & cover the pan with a lid. Cook it for 10 minutes on low flame. Then add garam masala powder & crushed Peanut. Dum aloo is ready to serve. Serve with puri or Palau. It's really delicious.
