Mix corn flour and water, throughly and keep aside

Heat pan, add 2 cups sugar and 1cup of water, stir, until get 2string consistency

Add cornflour mixture and stir continuously in low flame, add colour and cardamom powder,

When become slightly thick, add lemon juice and ghee and increase medium flame

When it become thick and started roll, add chopped nuts and spread it in a greased plate

Once cool, cut into desire shape. Enjoy the simple and delicious Bombay halwa
