Arrow root/Taro in Egg wash- Breakfast

Place you pan on the fire add some oil for shallow frying. Meanwhile prep your arrow roots and eggs

Deep the peeled and sliced arrow roots in egg wash on both sides and put on your pan. Let them cook on both sides and remove. You can dry the excess oil using a paper towel

If you like a thicker coating of egg, deep the cooked arrow roots that have cooled off in the egg wash again and fry

After drying with the paper towel, its ready to serve. Youbcan have a hot cup of coffee/chocolate or Tea
