Steps

Rinse the whole green moong bean sprouts and transfer into a strainer.

In a pressure cooker boil the sprouts with sufficient water giving two whistles on high flame. Add a pinch of salt and turmeric powder.

Strain the boiled sprouts and let them cool down for at least 10 minutes.

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Serve as a side dish with the main coarse or enjoy with the chilled yogurt.
