Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupoat meal
  • 1small red bell peppe
  • 1med size scotch bonnet
  • 1med size onion
  • Ginger/garlic
  • 1egg
  • 1piece of sausage
  • 2tbpn butter
  • Seasoning to your taste!

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat egg

  2. 2

    Roughly blend peppers, onion ginger and garlic

  3. 3

    Cut the sausage to desired shape

  4. 4

    Mix all in a bowl, add the seasoning, oat and the melted butter

  5. 5

    Scoop and fry until golden brown
