1/2 cupoat meal
1small red bell peppe
1med size scotch bonnet
1med size onion
Ginger/garlic
1egg
1piece of sausage
2tbpn butter
Seasoning to your taste!

Beat egg

Roughly blend peppers, onion ginger and garlic
3

Cut the sausage to desired shape
4

Mix all in a bowl, add the seasoning, oat and the melted butter
5

Scoop and fry until golden brown
