  • as per tasteblack pepper
  • 2 glasswater
  • as per tasteSalt
  • as requiredRed chilli powder

    Soak chana overnight

  2. 2

    Add salt,red chilli,soaked chana and two glass of water

  3. 3

    Close the cooker lid and close the gas after 8-9 whistles.

  4. 4

    Add black pepper and tarmarind

  5. 5

    Cook it for 5 minutes on low flame
