Goat meat wetfry served with ugali n spinach

Wash the meet n drain the water.Mix all the spices in a bowl then put your meat to marinate for 30minutes.

Put the meat in a clean sufuria and let it dry under low heat
In a clean sufuria,add oil then fry onions.
Add the grated tomatoes and hoho and cover to let cook for two minutes.
Add the put n mix well with the paste.
Add little water then cover the meat and let it cook for 10 minutes. - 3
For the spinach,put water in a sufuria then add salt to the water.
Put the unchopped spinach in the boiling water for three minutes.
In a clean sufuria,add oil followed by onions and grated garlic.
Add salt and then cook for one minute.
Serve with ugali.
