Steps

Firstly, in a parath take all the ingredients together.

Wash curry leaves and add I mixi with green chillies and mint leaves. Grind curry leaves and mix with all the ingredients.

Add oil and make a tight dough.

Divide the dough into equal balls and roll out into rotis. Cut them in square shape or whatever shape you want.

Heat oil in a non-stick pan and add then mathri. Deep fry mathri on low flame till it's crispy and golden brown from both sides.

Store mathri in an airtight container.
