Cooking Instructions

Marinate 100gm minced pork with light soya sauce, sesame oil and pepper. Set aside.

Clean and de-vein prawns, marinate with salt and pepper. Set aside.
In a bowl mix oyster sauce, light soy sauce and 100ml water. Set aside

Add 2 tbsp coconut oil in claypot to coat the whole clay pot base.

Fry minced garlic and white part spring onion in medium/ low heat until fragrant.

Gently add 1 block silken tofu into the claypot. Place the marinated minced pork on top of tofu. Pour in mixed sauce. Cover claypot and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.

Open the lid after 10 minutes add prawns, broccoli florets and Shaoxing wine. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Lastly add cornstarch to thicken the sauce. - 7
Garnish with sliced chilli and spring onion.
