Ingredients

45 minutes
1 people
  • 2 tbsp Grated carrot -
  • 2 tbsp Chopped onion-
  • 1 Chopped tomato -
  • 2 tbspn Chopped capsicum -
  • 2 Boiled mashed potato -
  • 1/2 tbsp Red chilli powder -
  • 1 tbsp chat masala -
  • 1/2 tbsp Red chilli flakes
  • as per taste salt
  • 2 tbspn cornflour -
  • as required chopped coriander leaf
  • as per need oil for deep fry
  • For slurry
  • 3 tbsp all-purpose flour -
  • as required water
  • a salt

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    Take up one pan and add grated carrot chopped onion tomato and capsicum mix well cook for 2 minutes.

  2. 2

    Then add mashed potatoes and properly mix well.
    Add red chilli powder, chat masala,chilli flakes,salt and Maggi masala 1 packet mix well.

  3. 3

    Add corn flour mix well then add coriander leaves, turn off flame and transfer it into bowl.

  4. 4

    Press and prepare tikki shape and cut in middle with help of cap and prepare doughnut shape.

  5. 5

    To make slurry
    Add all-purpose flour mix with water and add salt in slurry and mix well.

  6. 6

    Now take a doughnut and dip in slurry.

  7. 7

    Take a pan with oil deep fry add prepared donut in medium hot oil and fry it.

  8. 8

    Flip and fry on all sides until Golden cripps come.

  9. 9

    Take out all doughnut from pan transfer onto plate.

  10. 10

    Finally served with tomato sauce
