  • Fillings
  • Mince meat
  • Cabbage
  • Onions
  • Seasoning
  • Spices
  • Oil
  • Pepper

Steps

    For the dough
    Mix your flour in a bowl, add pinch of salt and water, the paste should be too much watery.... Get a non-stick pan and a samosa brush (paint brush), use the brush to get the paste and then spread on the pan, allow for few minutes and then remove, do it continuously until you finished up the dough... Set the sheets at side

  2. 2

    The fillings
    In a pan, add a little oil, enough Diced onions,minced meat and stir fry, add a little grinded pepper, add in seasonings, and spices, followed by cabbage, and stir all together.

    Bring out the samosa and spring rolls sheet, add the fillings, mold the samosa sheet into triangle and the spring rolls into it own shape.... Set at side, fry after fillings.
