  3. 1chedder cheese
  4. 1/2 tbspoyster sauce
  5. 1/2 tbspchillie powder
  6. 1/2 tbspseasame oil
  7. 1/2 tbspthinely chopped garlic
  8. 1/2 tspblack soy sauce

    wash the mussels in salt to take out the fishy smell

  2. 2

    after rinse of mussels, open the mussels abit so that you pour the sauce in it

  3. 3

    take a bowl for marination

  4. 4

    mix the seasame oil,chillie powder,garlic,black soy sauce and oyster sauce togather

  5. 5

    once sauce is mix, take a spoon and put the sauce in all the mussels

  6. 6

    after pourin the sauce in all de mussels, put the chedder cheese on the mussels

  7. 7

    pre heat oven for 180°F

  8. 8

    bake it for 8 to 10 mins
