Ingredients

30-35 minutes
12 servings
  1. 1-3/4 cupspumpkin purée (not pie filling)
  2. 4eggs
  3. 1/2 cupvanilla protein powder
  4. 3/4 cupvanilla low sugar Greek yogurt (I use Two Good Brand)
  5. 1/2 cupcoconut flour
  6. 1 tsp.Baking powder
  7. 1 tsp.Baking soda
  8. 1 tsp.Pumpkin pie spice
  9. 1 tsp.Cinnamon
  10. 1/2 cupdark chocolate chips

Cooking Instructions

30-35 minutes

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

    Mix wet and dry ingredients separately. Add dry to wet ingredients and mix well.

    Grease muffin tins (or cups if using them)

  4. 4

    Add mix to each cup, over 3/4 full.

  5. 5

    Bake 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Enjoy!
