Now you have just cooked chana Dal with boiled potatoes,you can..see the consistency should b not melted Dal but cooked just Dal...it gives taste needed

Now prepare chaunk with ghee n oil added together,add chilli n once light,add ginger n then tomato, chopped....

Add black pepper,fry it add the coconut slices fry till golden brown,add dal

Allow it boil...you can add roasted jeera made powder...as bhaja masala... garnish with coriander...
