Ingredients

2 servings
  • Roasted chicken / left over chicken from dinner
  • 1/2cucumber
  • 1salad tomato
  • 1/4Red onion rings
  • 2Avocados
  • 1/4Bell peppers each
  • Chopped lettuce
  • Olives
  • Feta cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    In a medium bowl, add your chopped lettuce

  2. 2

    Add bell peppers and tomatoes

  3. 3

    Add roasted chicken

  4. 4

    Add avocado into the bowl

  5. 5

    Add feta cheese and olives then mix well.

  6. 6

    Serve with dressing of your choice. I personally love the Vinaigrette dressing with this salad.
