Cooking Instructions

    Add oil and onion in a pan, add your cut beef stir fry until your meat change colour, add all your spices and stir until well combine

    Add Scotch bonnet and seasoning stir then add in Carrot and stir, add water and cover the pan for 5mnt, add cabbage and green pepper stir and cover allow it to steam for 5-7mnt. Done

    Use rolling pin to roll out the bread flat, remove the edges of the bread (you will just remove 2 edges of the bread not all)

    Add your filling in bread, egg wash the edges and roll it into cone shape, repeat the process till all are finished

  5. 5

    Arrange your bread into round shape on baking tray, spread your mozzarella cheese on it and bake until golden brown.
