Knead for 3 minutes, then let it rest for 30 minutes.

Fold and knead the dough 3-5 times, letting it rest for 20 minutes each time.

Preheat the oven for 20 minutes, then place the dough inside.

Set the oven to 450°F (230°C) and bake for 20 minutes.

Remove the lid and set the oven to 410°F (210°C) and bake for another 20 minutes.
