Ingredients

6 people

1medium head Napa (Chinese) cabbage
1medium head bok choy
6-8scallions
Dressing
2 tablespoonssoy sauce
1/4 cuprice vinegar
1/2 cupsugar
3/4vegetable oil
Topping
3 tablespoons (1 ounce)sesame seeds
2 tablespoonsslivered almonds
1 packageramen noodles, broken
1 teaspoongarlic powder (granulated)
1 tablespoonvegetable oil
1/2 teaspoonsesame oil

30 minutes

Sauté topping ingredients in vegetable and sesame oils. Set aside.

Boil the dressing ingredients for 1 minute. Let cool and store in a jar.

Assemble salad. Serve greens, scatter topping, and drizzle the dressing.
