Boil the eggs for 10 minutes. As it cools, remove the shell. Slice them.

Thin egg slices are ready..

Now prepare batter.
In a mixing bowl, put rice flour, besan, salt, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and red chilli powder.
You can add little garam masala too. - 4
Mix all well. Next add water gradually and make a batter. Neither very thick nor very runny.
Next add baking soda and mix.
Heat oil for shallow frying,
add little hot oil into the batter, it makes the pakodas crispy.
Mix. Batter is ready... - 5
Now take each slice of egg, coat with the prepared batter and fry them at medium hot oil.
Flip and fry both sides till they are golden brown and crispy. - 6
As it's done, drain. Keep on a tissue paper to remove the extra oil.

Serve hot hot and enjoy...
