Dhebra is a popular Gujarati deep fried snack that is prepared with bajra flour (pearl millet) and methi but here my recipe is different I prepared with makai flour,wheat flour and potatoes with indian spices because kids normally dont like bajra because of bajra colour so I tried something new.

Steps

Take a bowl make a dough without water makai,wheat,potatoes, paste of onion garlic and spices (dont use water for dough because onion and potatoes water is enough for dough)

Make a smooth dough with your hand

Once your dough is ready add lemon put a kadhai on high flame once your kadhai is heated then pour oil if oil heated make small size balls.

With the help of belan smoothly make thick puri and deep fry it both side.

Atlast enjoy your debhra with curd,chutney,pickles etc normall kids like with curd.
