Ingredients

6 servings
  • 200 gramspaneer
  • 1/3 cupRuha afza Syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoonghee
  • 1/4 cupmilk
  • 3/4 cupmilk powder
  • 3/4 cuppowdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspooncardamom powder

Steps

  1. 1

    First in a bowl add paneer and crumble it. You can also grate the paneer.

  2. 2

    Add ghee to a pan, then add milk powder, milk and Ruhfza syrup and mix everything well.
    Add the crumbled paneer and mash until the mixture is smooth.

  3. 3

    Stir until the mixture separates the pan and takes shape.
    Now finally add sugar and cardamom powder to the mixture and mix well.

  4. 4

    Let it rest for 5 minutes. Then make a small ball-sized ball and shape it like a modak, or make a modak using a modak mold.

  5. 5

    And keep it in the freeze for 15 minutes to set.
    Your Ruhfza Modak is now ready to serve.
