First in a bowl add paneer and crumble it. You can also grate the paneer.

Add ghee to a pan, then add milk powder, milk and Ruhfza syrup and mix everything well.
Add the crumbled paneer and mash until the mixture is smooth. - 3
Stir until the mixture separates the pan and takes shape.
Now finally add sugar and cardamom powder to the mixture and mix well. - 4
Let it rest for 5 minutes. Then make a small ball-sized ball and shape it like a modak, or make a modak using a modak mold.

And keep it in the freeze for 15 minutes to set.
Your Ruhfza Modak is now ready to serve.
