It is the winter specialty of urdu speaking family it helps in digiestion of food it is madein winter only lots of myths and safety measure are take place during making of this achar traditionally it is made with turnip but vegetables may varies according to taste like carrot and radish some time cauliflower too

Par boiled the peeled and cut 🥕 carrots

Let them dry first on paper towel

Arrange all the spices

Let them make paste but not too fine
- 5
Coat the carrots in it and let it be set in a dry jar for three to four days
- 6
After four day when it farments well add boil water (which is slightly cool) and let it in sun light for more two days after that it will be ready
