Ingredients

2 - 3 servings
  1. 250 gramscooked black lentils, cooled
  2. 1/2 cuprolled oats
  3. 1onion
  4. 1medium tomato
  5. 1green bell pepper
  6. 3medium garlic cloves
  7. 1/2 handfulmint
  8. 1 tablespoonmustard
  9. 1 tablespoonapple cider vinegar
  10. Salt
  11. Pepper
  12. Oregano
  13. 1/2 teaspoonvegetable powder mix

    Blend the lentils in a food processor until they resemble ground meat, but not completely pureed. Transfer to a bowl.

  2. 2

    Next, blend the onion, tomato, bell pepper, garlic, and mint in the food processor and mix them with the lentils.

  3. 3

    Add the oats, mustard, apple cider vinegar, and spices to the mixture. Be careful with the salt because the vegetable powder mix also contains salt!

  4. 4

    Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 20 minutes to firm up.

  5. 5

    Shape into patties and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 400°F until they are browned and crispy, about half an hour!

Για εμένα το φαγητό και η μαγειρική είναι έρωτας, και όταν είσαι ερωτευμένος τολμάς!❤️ Μου αρέσει πολύ το νέο και το διαφορετικό! Και έτσι δεν μπορώ να αντισταθώ στο να δοκιμάσω νέες συνταγές, περίεργες γεύσεις και ιδιαίτερους συνδυασμούς! Εκτιμώ πολύ τις πατροπαράδοτες συνταγές αλλά μου αρέσει και να τις μετατρέπω ανάλογα τις ανάγκες μου, αφού δεν μου αρέσει να πετιέται τίποτα! Άρα πολλές συνταγές μου έχουν δημιουργηθεί λόγω ανακύκλωσης…😉! Επίσης προσπαθώ να προσέχω τη διατροφή της οικογένειας μου, άρα αποφεύγω τη ζάχαρη, το αλάτι και τα πολλά λιπαρά!
