Steps

In wok, Add milk and bring it to boil and cook in low flame for Approx 2 Hours & keep sticking balai (Cream) on the side of the pot until half of milk is converted in to balai (cream).

Add cardamom powder, sugar and mix well then scrape all cream from the sides of the pot mix well take out in the pot and set aside for later use.

In wok, Add milk and bring it to boil and cook medium flame for 6-8 mins & keep stirring between in it.

Add soaked Basmati rice (crush with your hand). Mix well and cook on low flame until thickness approx (15-20 mins) mix continuously and mash it with the masher until desired contingency.

Add Sugar, mix & mash with the help of masher and cook until sugar dissolve.

Add cardamom powder and desiccated coconut and mix well.

Add pistachios, Almonds And mix well.

Add kewra water and mix well.

Let it cool down.

Add prepare Rabri & Mawa and mix until well combined.

Garnish With Mawa, Almonds & Pistachios.
