  • Masala for marination
  • 1/2 cupyogurt
  • 4 pcslemon
  • 2 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 1 tbschilli flakes
  • 1 tbspchilli powder
  • 1 tspgram masala powder
  • 1 tspturmericpowder
  • 2 tbsproasted coriander and cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsptatri
  • Oil for shallow fry

    Wash the leg be and make deep cuts

    Apply marination and put in refrigerator over night

    Next day cover with foil and steam for 3 hour

    Now add oil in a wok and heat it and fry from both sides
