Steps

Mix rice, starch, water, oil and salt together in the blender.

Blend on high until all combined

Pour the mixture to a cooking dish (round or square) to about 3cm high

Steam on medium for about 20 minutes or until fully cooked
- 5
Take out the dough and chill in fridge for couple hours or overnight

Take dough out and chop to even bitesize pieces.

Coat lightly in dark soy sauce (optional)

Turn pan on high, add adequate amount of oil and add the dough

Fried until golden on all sides

Crack 3 eggs in (add less or more if you want) and add spring onions

Cook for another 3 minutes or until the eggs are cooked

Add water, sugar, soy sauce, chilli sauce and lime into a bowl and mix until all sugar dissolved.

Make carrot pickles (optional)

Serve with pickles and sauce
