Boil the bamboo shoots with yanang juice.

Pound the lemongrass, shallots, 5 fresh chili peppers, and fingerroot until coarse. Season with fermented fish sauce and seasoning powder. Mix with the sliced pork.

Mix the pounded ingredients with the bamboo shoots. Cook over medium heat with the lid on. Once the pork is cooked, add green onions and lemon basil leaves. Mix well, cover for another 5 minutes, then serve on a plate.
