First, roast the poblano peppers, peel and clean them, then cut them into strips.

Cut the cheese into small pieces.

Heat a little oil in a skillet and lightly fry the poblano strips.

Add the can of corn and mix. Then add the cheese and keep mixing.

Finally, add 1 cup of sour cream, mix everything together, and add a pinch of salt. Let it simmer for 5 minutes. Done!
