Grilled Pork Ribs with Seaweed, Lemon, and Soy Marinade on the Griddle

Prepare the marinade and let the rack of ribs sit for 30 minutes at room temperature.

Cut the ribs by separating the rack between each bone.

Place the ribs in a container without overlapping them and generously brush with marinade.

Turn the ribs over and generously brush all pieces again with marinade.

Close the container and place it in the refrigerator for 6 hours. Heat the griddle, place the ribs on it, close the lid, and cook for 15 minutes.

Turn the ribs over and cook for another 15 minutes with the lid closed. Place the ribs on the serving platter.
