  1. 400 gmDahi
  2. 250 gLauki
  3. 4Red chillies whole
  4. 1 tspWhite zeera
  5. 1 tspSalt
  6. 7-8 leavesCurry patta
  7. 2 tbspghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil lauki cut in small pieces till done.

  2. 2

    Beat curd with salt.

  3. 3

    Add baghar of ghee,curry patta,zeera and whole red chillies.
    When zeera done baghar is ready.

  4. 4

    Add baghar on dahi and lauki mixture.serve with chapati.
