Firstly above take all the above ingredients together.

Heat d pan add ghee n panner.

Mix it add gits rasmalai packet mixture mix it well n add powder sugar.

Mix it well add milk powder n fresh milk cream again mix it well n add decicated coconut 🥥.

Miix it nicely add 4 drops rasmalai essence n 2vdroos yellow colour again mix it well n cook by continuously stiring now our mixtures is ready switch of d gas.

N transfer d mixture into another dish let it cool for a minutes chopped almonds n pistachio n rose 🌹 petals.

And mix chopped dry fruits n rose petals mix it well inthe modak mixture n make a dough keep some chopped dry fruits for modak coating now our rasmalai modak dough is ready take a ghee n modak mould grease with ghee.

Take a small small portion of modak dough n insert into d grease mould n press it nicely, n remove d modak from d modak mould into d serving dish, do all d modak into d same procedure.

Now our delicious healthy neutricious and tasty and yummy rasmalai modak is ready for ananta chaturdashi Naivaidya prasad.
