Its a healthy and full of nutrition recipe because it is made of jowar flour and jowar has lots of properties which is beneficial for our health.

Heat clarified butter in a pan.

Add jowar flour and saute it by stirring constantly on low to medium flame for 2-3 minutes.

Add mil and sugar,mix well and cook it until mixture becomes thick in texture.

Now finally add cardamom powder and mix well.

Garnish with grated dry coconut and tutti frutti and Creamy Jowar Flour Halwa is ready to serve.
