Funkaso and miyar taushe
A northern Nigeria delicacy.
Steps

Sieve wheat flour and flour into a clean bowl. Combine active yeast with lukewarm water.

Make a well in the middle of the dry ingredients and add the yeast and water. Knead very well till well combined. Cover and allow to rise for 30 to 35 minutes till almost double in size.

Cut out desired size, shape and make a hole in the middle. Deep fry in hot oil. Flip the other side and allow to fry

Wash and boil meat with seasoning. Cut pumpkin in small sizes. Wash and add to the pot of meat. Cook very well till pumpkin is well cooked. Mash the pumpkin.

Add palm oil in a pot then pour in your ground pepper and tomatoes. Fry well, then pour it into the pot of boiled meat and pumpkin.

Stir and season to your taste. Add your ground crayfish. Cover and lower flame then allow to cook.

Pick, slice and wash your spinach. Add to the pot of soup. Cover and allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
