  • 100 GMshorsegram sprouted
  • 50 gramchana dal
  • 50 GMsurad dal
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1small pcs of ginger
  • As neededSmall amount of chopped curry leaves, coriander leaves
  • as per tasteSalt to taste
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
  • 4 clovesgarlic

  1. 1

    1 steam the sprouted horsegram
    2. Put the horse gram, chana dal, urad dal in to mixer jar
    3. Add fennel seeds, ginger, garlic, pepper,
    4. Grind coarsely

    5. Add salt, chopped onion, curry leaves, coriander leaves
    6. Mix well by hand, rest it 15 mints
    7. Make vadas and Fry in grounut oil

    Its very healthy and nutrious snack
