Collect all ingredients.

Heat oil in a pan.

Add onion & fry until it become soft.

Add garlic ginger paste & mix for a while.

Blend tomatoes in blender & pour this paste in a pan.

Add all spices, red chilli powder, cumin powder, cumin, coriander powder, crushed coriander, salt, turmeric powder cook for 3- 5 min or until all spices mixed n cooked perfectly.

Add boiled black eye beans & tamarind pulp.
Add little amount of water,mix it & cover it with lid. Put it on a low flame so the beans will be fully cooked. - 8
In end add green chilles,garam masala,green coriander, cover & put it on simmer for 2-3 min

Spicy beans are ready to eat 🍽
