Cooking Instructions

Prepare the focaccia dough by mixing all the ingredients together. Let it rest for 1 hour, then shape into small focaccia rounds. Place them on a baking sheet and let them rest for another hour. Make the classic dimples and brush with extra virgin olive oil. Bake at 400°F (200°C) until golden brown.

Boil the eggs in water for 5 minutes, then let them cool and slice with an egg slicer.

Make the mayonnaise by placing one egg in a tall container for an immersion blender. Blend while slowly adding vegetable oil until you reach the desired consistency, then season with salt and lime juice.

Slice the focaccia and fill one with mayonnaise, turkey, cherry tomatoes, and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.

Fill another with mayonnaise, tuna, hard-boiled egg, lettuce, and tomato.
